-
Item Limits: Each visit has maximum allowances for items. You may shop only for your spouse and children.
-
Visit Duration: Each appointment is 40 minutes, and you may return once every four months.
-
Early Return Attempts: Trying to return early will result in appointment cancellation. We will email your actual return date, and you’ll need to book a new appointment after that date.
-
Booking Details: Appointments open every 15 minutes. Book only one appointment per day, using the exact name on your ID and correct contact info for final confirmation.
-
Advance Booking: Appointments can be scheduled up to 60 days in advance. Please cancel at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a penalty.
Baby Items
If you’re pregnant, you can shop for baby newborn - 4 months items and equipment ONLY 60 days before your due date. This “Baby Only” visit doesn’t affect your usual return date. If it has been over four months since your last visit, you may shop for all store items in addition to baby items at this same visit. Appointments book up, so make your appointment 60 days before!
No-Show Policy
-
Missed Appointments: Only one missed appointment is allowed without penalty. After that, any missed appointments without notice will count as your visit, and you’ll need to wait four months to return.
-
Canceling: To cancel, use your confirmation email or email appt.mhmsarasota@gmail.com so others may have the opportunity to shop.
