Mothers Helping Mothers uses the Unite Us platform to connect clients to area resources. If you live in Sarasota, Manatee, or DeSoto County, we can connect you to free or low-cost services for mental health, prenatal or medical care, childcare, food, parenting education, job/career assistance and more. By filling out the form below, agencies that are accepting referrals on Unite Us will receive your information and will contact you directly to share how to connect with their services.  For agencies who do not accept referrals, you will be sent an email or text message with the agency’s contact information and program descriptions so that you can contact the agency directly. Either way, your information will be kept confidential on this secure platform.
