Mothers Helping Mothers is committed to supporting families in need and fostering resiliency, self-sufficiency and family stability in our community. 

Since 1990, we have been serving thousands of families with children every year in Sarasota and Manatee counties.

Mothers Helping Mothers provides basic necessities such as clothing for your entire family, baby items (including bassinets, car seats, strollers, formula, breast pumps, and more), housewares, bedding and decor - all free of charge to families in Sarasota and Manatee counties. Families can schedule appointments to shop and access resources, referrals, and aid during challenging times.

Clients can join any of our free support group sessions aimed at helping moms thrive in our new MHM Coffee and Connections Lounge and earn rewards while meeting friends and others interested in topics ranging from parenting and pregnancy to saving for a rainy day!

We provide complimentary childcare services to all clients during shopping visits and group sessions, offering a much-needed break so parents can focus on their families.
